Staff Details
Ed has extensive experience of project management in both the public and private sector. Most recent experience includes remediation and infrastructure works at Baltic Business Quarter, a 50 acre business park in Gateshead, and development of a number of commercial office and educational buildings.
1NG Role:
•Ed will help deliver the strategic and operational objectives of the business from pre-development appraisals through to project management and delivery.
•Currently Ed is project managing Ouseburn and Science Central.
Clair has many years experience working in the private and public sector project managing a wide range of development projects. Formally at Entec (multi-disciplinary consultancy) as Senior Consultant within the Planning and Environmental Appraisal team working on some of the largest regeneration projects in the north east. Clair was also involved in the forward planning of the East End at Newcastle City Council.
1NG role:
•Provide background evidence towards enabling the development of future projects and to provide project management support to the Project Directors.
•Currently Clair is providing project management support for the Gateshead Quays ICEC and Science Central.
1NG Role:
•Andrea provides secretarial, admin and PA support to the Development Director
•Andrea supports the delivery of the strategic and operational objectives of the business via efficient and intuitive management of the Company office and administration procedures and processes.
